I4Safe Migration Hub: Reintegration Project

One of the cardinal activities of our organization is building the capacity of survivors of human trafficking and irregular migration to support their sustainable reintegration into society. In collaboration with GIZ Nigeria and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment, the I4Safe Migration Hub successfully trained 25 returnees in business development and digital marketing in Osogbo, Osun State.

The training commenced on October 6, 2025, and concluded on October 17, 2025. The 10-day intensive program equipped participants with practical knowledge and hands-on skills to establish and manage small-scale businesses, enhance their digital presence, and promote self-reliance. At the end of the program, each participant received start-up equipment, including electric sewing machines, hair dryers, make-up kits, power generators, and clippers, to support their entrepreneurial journey.

This initiative underscores our ongoing commitment to promoting safe migration, preventing re-trafficking, and empowering returnees to rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence.
